Yeah! I'm feeling better...I've been under the weather for about 2 weeks plus and now I'm ready to start phase one again. I know that it may seem silly, but I need to write this so I can put it into my mind mentally or else...I know that I will not do it. I've gained 4 lbs...but I'm not down on it... I'm ready to hit the gym and everything. Thanks, everyone for the advice before.
