Default The book "Eat, Drink and Weigh Less".

Has anyone read this book by Dr. Willett? Any opinions regarding it and the eating plan?

An absolutely wonderful book. To get a bigger picture of Willett and his plan Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy is also a great read although a bit technical. Have you read either?

I will have to say that the menu plans were not for me as they are written because I don't like things planned out for me so meticulously, but reading through them does give me some ideas of what else I could be eating.
