Default Feeling Funny:dizzy:

Hello all,

I'm a recovering carb-a-holic and am on Day 2 of Phase 1. I have read the FAQ section and saw that you get tired and cranky but did anyone feel lightheaded and kinda "funny" once they started the Phase 1.

Perhaps it's withdrawls....I'm a Mexican/Italian gal and taking away my pasta and carbs is baaaaad. I am literally addicted. I'm just hoping this is part of the plan.

Thanks!

It's your body letting go of the refined carbs... Drink a LOT of water and take a multivitamin, it'll help. Hang in there!

I take One A Day Women's because it has folic acid and a B/C complex...

Be sure you are getting dairy and some legumes and your carb withdrawal will not be as bad.

I agree with Val with the multivitamin. I take that and "greens" in tablet form everyday and it really helped with my initial energy level.
