Breakfast:
1 lo-carb protein bar
2 coffee/blk
24 oz water
Will be back later for lunch and dinner. we are going out to a special dinner at Victories - I'll do my best to eat well, but I know they will have "dessert" ...
Lunch:
1 hot dog - no bun
24 oz water
Dinner:
OK .. I warned you!
spinach salad w/raspberry vinegrette dressing
1 glass of blush wine
1 dinner roll
1 slice beef
1 chicken shiskabab w/tomatoes
1 small piece of white fish w/rice
2 cups coffee/black
16 oz water
not too too bad eh? But .... here's the kicker! DESSERT! one piece of double chocolate fudge cake - oh my gosh - it was soooooooo rich! I actually only ate 1/2 of it!
