Default TO question

I know this has been addressed before---but,
I am going to do TO tomorrow and Monday......(I have been horrible, and my scale says that I am up 4.5 pounds!)
Ok, so I bought the drink at the COD today and have it "chillin" now.
Do you guys do better on the limited or the unlimited?
I have the bars, but really I would rather do the unlimited-but really just want to do whatever will jump start my system best!
I have been TOTALLY off plan for 2 weeks-just can't get with it--
I need help!!

I have found either way to be effective. Some of the people I know on program who have been on it longer than I have say that unlimited is good if you've been really terrible and waaayyy off plan for a really long time. Limited is good if it hasn't been that long. My suggestion it based it on your activity level for those 2 days. If you are going to be really active then go for unlimited, if not then limited might be better.

JMO though. Hope it's somewhat helpful.
