Well, I have been on CD since 5th April this year and as of this morning, I have lost 29lbs!
I am really pleased with this because it has not been easy and I have to admit to 'breaking' it a few times (about 12 days in total, but not all at once, just the occassional day or two over the period of time I have been on it).
Today I am starving! I just want chips, crisps, and BREAD! but I will not give in because I know I still have a long way to go. I just wanted to let people know that if they are considering CD, then it is worthwhile and you DO see results. No doubt if I would have stuck to it 100% then I would have lost a lot more weight, but it was my choice to go off it and I knew the consequences. I was just determined to get straight back on and I did.
I am not ruling out going off it for a day or two in the future either, as if I feel lke it then I will. I just know that I will get straight back on it.
Life's no fun if you cant have a break every now and then and indulge yourself!
Anyone know how Heva is doing on CD? Havent seen her on the boards for a while?!

Hey hey...I'm here.
Had a few days off CD....went on holiday again. I started at 18st 10 and as of today I am 17st 5, I was 17st 2 when I went on holiday but I'm throwing myself back into it tomorrow.
I'm so glad you are doing well!!!

^^ Heva! It's great to hear from you chick! I am sure you will get back on track, I know it is so hard at times and I often feel like just jacking it in, but we both know it will get us into our bootylicious jeans! I am going off this weekend because it's my Birthday and I want to have a nice meal instead of worrying about what I CANT have! I know I will get back on track and I am not going to weigh myself until the following week because I seem to put on about 4lbs when I have a day off CD.

Good luck and keep in touch! I feel like you are my little CD buddy 'cos we both started within a few weeks of each other!

Happy to be your buddy hunny!!!! Back to it on Monday...I have been living on strepsils and lockets for the last week but need to get rid of this nasty flab!

^^ You will get there chick. You know you can do it and even having slip up's does not mean it's a failure, you just have to get yourself back on track and keep that goal in sight.
I got weighed this morning and have lost another 5lbs, taking my total to 33lbs (2stone 5lbs!). I am really chuffed, but I will be going off it for a couple of days this weekend. Straight back on it on tuesday though.
