Question Atkins Essentials Book

Hi!
I hope everyone had a good weekend. This sunday was day 14-for induction and I'm down
10 pounds!
The question I have is this: 1. From what I read in the book I have low resistiance to
weight loss so I could go on to OWL and still lose but just at a slower rate. Or stay
on induction until I get closed to my desired goal.
Has anyone else stayed on inducdtion for longer than at 2 weeks? and if so do you still
keep losing at that same rate? 2: Over the long weekend I read The Atkins Essentials
book and I'm confused because in that book they allow low carb bread and grains on induction. And it is and Atkins book so does that mean I can have these products?

I stayed on induction for 3 or 4 months because I had such a large amount of weight to lose. I then went up to 25-30 carbs and have stayed there the whole time. I have the Atkins Essentials book too and used low-carb bread sparingly once I allowed myself 25 carbs.

I was just wondering after reading the Dr.Atkins revolution book this seemed
to have a lot of grain products in induction phase which struck me as odd.
