Here is one my husband has used. I don't think he used the food processor though.
It came from
www.cooks.com
Whole Wheat Tortillas
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp oil
In bowl of food processor, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Turn food processor on high and add oil. Add water gradually until mixture cleans sides of bowl and forms ball in the center of bowl. Let machine knead the dough for two minutes. Remove dough and divide into four parts. Let rest 10 minutes.
Roll very thin on flour covered board. Bake on lightly oiled or sprayed griddle. Turn when little bubbles appear and bake other side. Use for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, etc. Makes 4 tortillas.
