Default starbucks help!!

Hello Gals,
I've already had my dairy intake for today, but tonight i'm going out with friends to Starbucks. I usually have an iced sugar-free hazel nut latte and instead of milk, have it with non-fat milk. Can I substitute the milk with half and half even if I know starbucks doesn't have fat free half and half?

Winkie-

Why don't you try one of their teas? They're quite good . . .If you HAVE to have the latte-have nonfat milk and add the extra dairy. But I would urge you to try a noncaloric drink . . . maybe they even have special iced teas with no sugar?
