2 Tbsp is a serving of flaxseed, and it's so good for you! The really important thing, though, is that you use flaxseed meal (ground flaxseed) instead of just the seeds (I know you know this...but just for anyone else who's reading). Otherwise, the seeds just go straight through your system and out the other end, IYKWIM...
Though yogurt is processed by the body as a carb, it does have protein in it, so it should be released into the bloodstream a little slower than simple carbs would. Flaxseed, however, would be a great way to make sure of that, though.

I like to add a tsp of SF jam (in P2), some cinnamon (helps fend off Type 2 Diabetes), and flaxseed to plain FF yogurt. So good!
