Default Wednesday Menu, May 17, 2006

Breakfast: Oatmeal with skim, equal, and fresh blueberries

Lunch: Dr. Praeger's california burger (healthy oil), FF cottage cheese, and Del Monte fruit natural cup pineapple

Dinner: Cornmeal chicken made on my George Foreman Grill, Oven fries (2 points for 2 tsp canola oil), broccoli with ICBINB light (2 points)

Dessert: Orange Dreamsicle (.5 point)

22 WPA's left

Earned 3 AP's

l--grilled ocean perch, sugar snap peas, rice
s--light ice cream bar
d--ff/rf beans, lean burger, lo rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, 2 pts doritos, picante
