Yep,,I was pretty bad all week-end too! Trying to make up for it today and the rest of the week. I am stuck in my office which is a old concrete bookroom in a High School,,no windows and pretty depressing. 8 more days after today and I am off for the summer YAY!!! I know I will do better as I have more energy when I am off,,can get up and do treadmill, work in my gardens, swim,,and be more active! The weather is pretty crappy here so at least its not too bad being stuck inside when its not so pretty outside.

L-a few slices of turkey sliced thin sandwich meat, raw veggies and lite ranch,
S-yogurt
D-frozen south beach meal and strawberries
S-almonds
Lots of H2O to get rid of this fluid!!
Going up and down the stairs alot at work and treadmill and weights tonite.
