Default Squash Scramble

.5 sm yellow squash
.5 sm green squash
1 sm onion
2 eggs1tbsp smart balance
spices like pepper, parm cheese, onion/garlic powder

melt Smart balance in skillet, add sliced onions and squash, sautee till onions are translucent and squash is soft. Add seasoning. Add scrambled up eggs.. mix and cook till eggs are done, add pepper, a dash of cheese if ya like...

Okay, as a non-squash eater I don't know this answer: do you peel it before slicing? Or leave the skin on?

This doesn't mean that You or any other chick hastah leave yer clothes on ! Cook in the nude if the mood strikes ya! HeeeeeeHeeeeeeeeeeeee... (just don't bern yer selfs ,.ya hear!..it's ugly and them dere blisters can add water weight to the scale!)...
