It's been an incredibly frustrating week. I sprained my ankle really badly monday morning, and haven't been able to walk on it all week. Needless to say, I havent been eating OP (my husband has done the cooking) So, due to some wonderful water retention issues, I am up 10 lbs from sunday... I havent been into a center to weigh because I can not drive with the painkillers, just used my homescale.
So, my ankle is finally starting to feel normal again, and I was looking for a partner in crime to do takeoff with... I was wanting to use oranges or the juice (does the 48 hr diet juice work?) so if anyone could help me with details/ do take off with me tomorrow I would love it!!! I so want to get rid of the water weight.

Amber- I am finishing TO today. If you eat the bars, eat 2 bars, 4 oranges, 6 oz of lean protien, 2 servings of green veggies, and 64 oz of water each day. Good luck!!!!
Great actually. I don't really mind TO so much. We are going to Chili's for dinner with friends, so I am trying to figure out what to order. Are you doing limited or unlimited?
I'm on unlimited since I'm not doing the bars anymore, but I have eat chicken, and more chicken, Dh told me if I continue eating chicken one day I'm gonna start flying!...
I keep wondering what is gonna happen if this Avian Flu thing gets really bad. Will we have to stop eating chicken? I have no clue what I would do, I guess start eating fish like it is going out of style, until the fish all gat a bad case of fish diareah and we have to stop eating them, too. I have only eaten eggs and chicken too, but I think at Chilis I am going to have a steak.
Fish diarreah!?!! It does worry me too, My mother was talking to me about that yesterday, and she told me that if that continue she is going to become vegetarian, since she is not a meat lover, but in my case I love meat, so if I were you girl, I will enjoy a nice steak too, with a nice salad, or grilled veggies! You know we have to take advantage of those unlimited days too!
I am also on TO today. This is day one. First time I have done TO ever and I am very excited to see the results. Any tips I should know? I am using the LAWL Juice
A couple of weeks ago I tried Take Off with the official LAWL Joy Juice. It was 16 oz of juice, 2 bars, 6 oz protein, 2 servings of veggies and the water. I didn't lose an ounce on that plan, and I stayed the same for an entire week. I assume that is the "limited" Take Off.
What is the "unlimited" Take Off? Is that like doing the initial 2-day plan when we started LAWL, with unlimited proteins?
My center asks me all the time if I am a vegetarian.... I was joking with the manager about what was safe anymore - no more beef 'cause of mad cow, no more chicken 'cause of bird flu, no more fish 'cause of all the toxic waste, only pork doesn't have some sort of illness attached to it! Can't even eat salad because of e coli on the lettuce!
