I'm going to try and stay awake all day, and eat regular meals.
Breakfast: scrambled egg and skim milk
Snack: string cheese (1 pt) and applesauce
Lunch: salad with lettuce, strawberries, FF feta, baby shrimp and balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Dinner: ??? (friends are bringing dinner to us and I have no idea what it is)
Breakfast: cereal w/milk (getting tired of oatmeal so bringing a box of cereal to work and hoping to buy some lactose free milk to keep in fridge at work - too much 'regular' milk makes my tummy hurt!)
decaf w/light cream
Lunch: spring mix veggie salad, LO rotisserie chicken strips, garlic dressing
Ok, so today is my first day on Core.
So far I have had
B. 2 hard boiled eggs
S. Banana plus 1 cup skim milk
L. Two small round sandwich steaks w/ sauteed onions
S. probably Roasted chick peas
D. I am making the pork w/ apples & sauerkraut & a salad plus sf ff banana fruit crustless pie
b--diet bread toasted/spreadable fruit
l--roasted chicken, roasted veggies, beans
s--sf/ff white chocolate pudding (i got my milk in today!!)
s--ww candy
d--lean ham, ff cheese, mayo, mustard, diet bread, lettuce/tomatoes
