Default New to Atkins
I've been reading the posts on this sight since day one, and let me tell you that they have helped me tremendously. It is now day four for me. Yesterday I had the worst headache of my life, but I stuck with it and I feel great today. I know I am losing tons of water weight, but I started my monthly this morning and could barely button my pants for work. I am trying not to get too discouraged though. I am 152 pounds and my goal weight is 140. I believe that it's achievable. One thing that I have realized by reading the posts is that the less weight you have to lose, the less you will lose during induction. If I can get down to 145 by the end of this 2 week period, I will feel like I have accomplished something. Wish me luck!
