Favorite Exercise/Workouts: DANCING- I was a swing dancer in college

What are your fitness/health goals? to be healthier

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? my doc suggested gastric bypass

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? I'm just beginning again-- but it's always been battling hunger- lol-- I get bored

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? I need to excersize more, more regularly, and I need to find some better low calorie snacks

(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than? : Hm-- Never thought of that.

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? Definately a cute little outfit so I can go to the club and not feel self concious.
