What are your fitness/health goals? I want to get down to about 140 give or take and have good cardio endurance
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? i hit my highest weight ever around dec. 2005 and felt awful about myself
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? staying motivated even when i mess up or plateau
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?
bump it up a notch on the cardio, drink more water, eat more veggies
