Hello everyone, New here. This is actually my second post. When i first joined i ran straight for the Mother's Day Challange. Anyway i wanted introduce my self. My name is candy. I have been a lurker here on and off for about 2 years. I have done Induction with some of you in the past .. "behind the scene's" Then, i was around 185lbs...I LOST 30 POUNDS WITH YOU GUYS.
I got a job, got off plan, and gained some back..... I got back up to 170lbs.
I have lost back down due to surgery's....... I am now at 156 lbs.... Right now my over all goal is 135 lbs.... that would put me normal weight on the BMI for my height of 5'3"... This time i wanted to be in there with you instead of "Behind the scene's"... PLEASE ...PLEASE.. You all are soooooo Inspireing.....

Welcome Candy! Glad you have come out of lurkerdom! I love the support here, and think everyone should come out of hiding. We all have stuff to share which helps everyone in the long run.

Hope to see you more often.

So glad you came out of lurkdom to say hi.

It seems funny to welcome someone that's been around longer than I have, but WELCOME!

Wow, that's a big double whammy! You're doctor cleared you for exercise already? You must heal fast, they made my sis wait 10 weeks . I'm glad you're getting on the LC & exercise bandwagon, even though I'm a little discouraged at the moment, I wouldn't take back my experience so far for all the tea in China, this WOE is awesome!

Welcome and Good Luck. I can relate to the surgery part. Having abdominal and umbilical hernia repair next Wednesday. Hope it doesn't slow me down for long and hope to stay on program with my LC woe. Look forward to reading your posts. Lots of great support here.

Morning all, my doctor told me not to lift over 10 lbs for 6 weeks..... it's been 6 1/2.. I'm still not going to lift anything to heavy yet...but, i am ready for a lot of walking... I want to do some tummy scunches but that scares me a little....maybe 20 a day for starters, if it hurts i will stop for a while longer...... I got to get rid this spare tire around my waist... .......
I also love this woe it is all my Favorite foods... Tennessee i hope everything gets better for you... ...Liliebelle...I hope it all goes well for you. Surgery always slows us down for a while. You have done so well, i'm sure you will pick back up in no time... ...keep us posted..
