Default aguave netar

Has anyone tried it? I use it when trying to avoid sugar. It is low rated on the GI. I love it to bake with and was wondering if it would be considered CORE? Probably not, but wanted to check before begining CORE. I am going to my first meeting Thursday.

Gee, Kathy, I don't know. I've never heard of it but I'm very interested. I've already given up Splenda and would consider giving up Equal if I could find a safe alternative. My thinking is that if it has no calories it would be acceptable on Core.

It's used quite a bit in the Sugar Busters plan and is the recommended sweetener for diabetics, I believe. I'm sure it's fine for Core.

Katpo, that makes sense that sugarbusters use it. The lady who introduced it to me uses Sugar Busters.
