What are your fitness/health goals? I would like to be more toned & weigh 130 lbs
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? When my dr said in 10 years I would start to notice my health decline due to my weight.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? I'm still a compulsive eater.
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? I need to exercise more, I need to eat better, & I need to tell my self when to stop eating
