Question DDR as a workout?

Part of my weekly cardio is by playing Dance Dance Revolution. Is there anyone else out there that plays this and does it for some cardio?

My husband does it with me and I wear my heart rate monitor to make sure I keep my heart rate up. It's so much fun that last night I ended up doing it for 90 mins before having to stop. It can get pretty competative with us.

There is a DDR thread in here somewhere. I'll try and dig it up. I did it for a while, but I was worried about my feet because of doing it barefoot for so long. Plus I have two left feet and couldn't get very far.

Thanks so much. I tried doing a search and couldn't find anything. I must have been searching for the wrong thing.

I appreciate it.
