Default Can We talk Turkey??

I have been trying to use ground turkey- the all white meat kind (breast)- not the regular ground turkey that has more fat & calories than Ground beef-
Problem being is it's dry- too dry like gasping for water dry
does anyone have any idea how to help out with ideas so i don't keep serving saw dust burgers /meatloaf/meals to my family??
Thanks lots
Sandi

Got this tip from Paula Dean.... add water. I don't use anything but the ground turkey and adding a little bit to the recipies helps a lot.

Or you can add some chicken broth to moisten it up

Speaking of turkey, I just bought me a whole turkey breast for roasting today. It's in my fridge thawing and I can't wait to cook it. I love turkey breast for sandwiches and things.

Another thing that works is to mince up some onion, and mix that in. The moisture in the veggies keeps the meat moist. You can add other minced veggies too - garlic, shallot, even bell pepper or other veggies depending on the recipe will all keep the meat moister.
