Red face Snack Food Ideas for Induction

Ok so what did/do you ladies snack on when you are not quite hungry for a meal? My trainer says I need to snack on non processed food cause I am relying too much on the shakes and bars. So please share your ideas.

I'm not to the point where I'm not hungry for a meal. And I've not learned the snack thing yet. This is going to be an interesting thread

A small wrap of lettuce, any type of meat and maybe some tomatoes or cucumbers.
Once you get out of induction your choices expand greatly. I like walnuts as my perfered snack. Lots of satisfying protein. And once you venture into berries, they are easy, handy and tasty.
