I went to the gym yesterday and weighed my self. I am glad to say that I lost 10 pounds. Total. So far.

!0 pounds is a wonderfull amount gone. Next time you are in the store just pick up a 10 pound bag of potatoes and think wow that is how much is gone. Of course set them right back down. But really that is a huge amount gone.
As far as being sad, I think sometimes I get sad when I focus on I have so much more to go. I tell myself to just enjoy what is gone, but always look at how much I need to lose.

I think that's probably why I feel down because, I know that i still have a long way to go. But you're right all I have to do is enjoy what is gone.
