Well lunchtime changed from my plan, a bunch of us went to Applebees but I was good! I ordered chili-lime tilapia and an extra serving of veggies instead of rice, then I had ww choc cake for dessert. All in all, around 550 cals, very pleased with myself as I have a weakness for baby back ribs.
