Default Wendy's Chili

Is a small Wendy's chili allowed in Phase 1?

Initially it was listed as allowed for phase 1. The new dining guide lists it as phase 3 but gives no reason why. I would think that a small chili and a side salad would be okay if you are stuck and need to eat out in phase 1 but normally, you are most successful if you attempt to avoid eating out during phase 1.

Default chili

I wonder why it was changed? But, I guess that explains the conflicting info.

It would be really easy if this was Phase I.. I hope it is, it would make the nights I have seminar very, very easy. I'm so exausted by the time I get home that stopping by for a bowl of chili and a salad would make my life easy.

So, it doesn't say why it's Phase III? Maybe it really is still Phase I. Is there any way to find out?

Edit: Rats, I think I found it. Under the nutrition information for the Chili on Wendys.com "Corn Syrup" and "sugar" is the ingredient in pretty much every stage of the chili. It has 23g of Carbs, 5g of dietary fiber, and 6g of sugar.

But! Burger King Chili has 17g of carbs, 5g of Dietary Fiber and 5g sugars. I guess it would be better?
