Default Slim for summer-Any takers?

Hey

I have seem to have lost my buddies. Htey are not posting anymore

So I was wondering if anyone here would like to start up a "slim for summer" challenge. Maybe do something like log # of weight trainning sessions, # of cardio minutes, # of healthy meals, # of times we declined unhealthy things...

thats just a thought. Would love to have buddies to slim down with as we approach beach weather!

I would love to also. I am very much planning on hitting the lakes this summer without being so self-conscious about my fat. Only 14 lbs. to goal and plan to have this off by June 24 which will be one year since I started this journey. Good luck to all.

This sounds great. Are you going to make a layout for us to follow? That would be a great idea!

I'm definitely on board for shaping up before summer! Does anyone have a plan? Even just holding each other accountable for # times exercised/wk, good/bad diet days, and lbs lost/wk would be helpful! Please let me know if anyone has already started some sort of form for this-- I would love to join! God bless~*

YAY!!! ok so this is what I am thinking.

why don't we do a system where we state our goals for the week in regards for diet, exercise, water intake, and a goal that is NOT DIET RELATED (just so we have other things to strive for not just weight/diet ex: make time to have a long hot bath).

Then maybe we can state a reward, like a new bathingsuit, a day to yourself, new shoes...it can be anything or just even something as simple as knowing and FEELING that you are getting healthier...

what do you all think?? any suggestions?

I feel like that's a FABULOUS plan! I especially like the inclusion of one goal not related to anything having to do with diet/exercise, and the REWARD system! If I envision a pedicure or even just a night off at the end of the week, it'd be well worth it! Writing our goals down and knowing someone else has seem them will also help us stick to it. Should we all start with goals this Monday?
