Hi Girls,
I hope it's ok for me to tag along with this as I'm new as well and think this is a fab idea
My goals for the week are:
Diet: 3 meals and 2 snacks
Exercise: 4 days at the gym, walk the dog 2 days
Water:4 glasses daily
Goal: Scrapbook 2 pages
Reward: new workout outfit
