Well Im not really following any real diet Ive just cut my portions and eat lower fat foods. Ive also been exercising alot more. I do at least 20 mins of cardio 3 days a week and then do another 2 days of weight lifting. So far it's been working. Good Luck!

I'm just exercising and eating more sensibly. When I say "just" exercising I don't mean that to sound trivial - I do a LOT of running, but I mean that there's nothing more scientific to my "plan" than that - I don't count calories and I eat any sort of food in moderation.

Welcome!

Hi Claire

I'm doing a combo of various things - counting low GI calories and exercising - walking for cardio and strength training. I'm trying not to look on this as a 'diet' but more as a complete change of lifestyle. (The old one wasn't much good!)

Good luck with yours - are you counting calories as well?

Hello, another regular exerciser here. I keep a rough eye on my calories, but nothing too scientific, just trying to eat lots of fruit and veggies, good sources of carbohydrates and protein and cut out the junk. Working for me so far!
