i love my:
1 Whole Wheat (whole) english muffin from Trader Joe's 2.5 pts.
1 laughing cow wedge (split between the two halves of the english muffin)1 pt.
1 Tbsp. of honey. 1 pt.
Total is 4.5

i broil it in the oven for a couple minutes. sometimes i substitue the honey for 1 pc. of ham, or do one half ham, and one half honey.

i will also do oatmeal with craisins a lot.

I've been having a fried egg sandwich (toasted).
I just toast some light bread, fry 3 egg whites with cooking spray, a slice of low fat cheese and add some mustard. I also spray the bread with no calorie spray butter. 3 points!!

Default 1 Pt English Muffins

Greetings,

I just was looking at this thread and thought I would add something... Thomas's has a whole grain lite english muffin that is only 1 point for the whole thing... If you are a member of Sam's club you can order some on-line that are only 1 point also... I believe they are brand named Natures Grains Lite... and if you are doing it this way you have to order a case at a time but they freeze very well and it is way cheaper then picking up the Thomas's at the grocery store.

Have a great day!
Princess
