I suck at this. Not sure why since i do great at my workouts and eating is usually pretty OP. So my biggest challenge is water and hitting the calories but again I suck at it...
put me down for 64 oz of water again. This time I WILL NOT go to bed without drinking them.
Monday - probably had about 32 but that was before my goal was set
Tuesday -20 oz so far... ended up with 40oz
Wednesday -40oz, ok so I WILL go to bed without completeing my goal
Thursday - looks like 40oz-so I don't feel bad the rest of the week, I'm adjusting my goal to 40oz ea day this week, which is waaaay up over my usually sip while I brush my teeth. Next week I'll go higher...
