Question Any Fitbuggers in the house?

I've just sent off for a Fitbug - just wondered if anyone here uses one and if so how they are finding it?

Hmmmm... without advertising, it's like a pedometer, which goes one step further and connects to your PC, you get a personalised fitness programme and it sets you targets without being overly strenuous!
Do a Google for "Fitbug" and you should find the .co.uk site!
You also get on line help from a bank of fitness and nutrition experts - I suppose it's like a virtual personal trainer!

its not cheap is it.

I'll stick to my £1.99 lloyds pharmacy pedometer and my gym membership I think.

I suppose it depends on what you consider cheap to be!
I didn't think it was too bad, the unit itself seems pricey, but it also includes your member pack, and there are other perks like motivational texts saying things like - c'mon (name) only "x" steps to go today!
There's a whole load of other features including nutritional goals to access on the website, so I don't think a fiver a month is too bad. I was paying that a week at Weight Watchers (and really just to get weighed!)
I will keep you all updated as to what I think of it - horses for courses and all that!
Anything that gets me off my butt has to be a good thing!!!

Just a quick update! I've had my Fitbug a week now and I've droped 2 kilos! (I'm counting kilos cos I'm sick of counting pounds!!lol)
I can honestly say it's the best "gadget" I've had in ages, it is especially handy as it sets you nutritional goals as well, so it really gets you thinking about what you're eating.
