Default Counting Carbs

Without getting all complex on me, I want to know what your average carb (g) amount is. I'm counting calories, but I don't want to be so dense in areas.

I have been on Atkins and you are suppose to have under 20 carbs a day. I am currently starting South Beach... I hope this helps you..

While I was pregnant I had gestational Diabetes. I had to go on a low carb diet. All I did was eat a certain amount of carbs for each meal (30 for breakfast, 60 for lunch and dinner, 15 for snacks.) I didn't do anything but look at the label. If the label said Carbohydrates-14 g that was 14 of my carbs for that particular meal. Hope I didn't confuse you
