Morning all

I didn't have the best weekend eating, it's that TOM and I had no energy at all Saturday and Sunday. Plus I had a visit from the "gottahavecheese" monster.
Today though I am back on track!
Breakfast- bowl of oatmeal with 1 medium banana chopped up, coffee
Snack - protein powder shake
Lunch - turkey sandwich on whole wheat w/avocado, tomato, lettuce, light mayo, 4oz grapes
Snack - kashi bar? orange? undecided, might have both!
Dinner - morrocan beef w/barley, ooo sounds fancy doesn't it?
I'm trying a new recipe from a new cookbook I bought.
Water - 2 liters+
Exercise - ran 3 miles at the gym this morning!
and am feeling pretty great right now.
