egg whites, cottage cheese, whey protein powder (mix in shakes, etc), peanut butter (not low fat but good fat), yogurt, lean meats (boneless skinless chicken breast, ground turkey breast, etc) A lot of the low carb products have added protein in them so you might find one or two that you like. Good luck!

I like making chocolate protein powder shakes with skim milk. Read the fat content on the powder you get though - as they vary. Some of them are really yummy!

I like peanut butter and celery for a quick snack, it's different, but good. Low fat cheeses: string cheese is a good on-the-go snack, cheddar cheese and an apple, just check the fat content.

Almonds are good, just be careful because they can get pretty high in calories if you don't watch your portions.

Eggs are good. You can put them on salads and eat them for breakfast.

Of course lean meats. Those can also go on salads, you could eat them with breakfast and you can make it a good chunk of dinner!

I get a half carton of eggs and hardboil all of them at the beginning of the week -- that way, I always have one on hand as a snack.

I like Luna bars too -- 10g of protein per bar.
