Default What's for dinner tonight-Feb 21st

I thought it would be a neat idea to start a thread where we can post what we are having/had for dinner to give eachother some ideas

Me I had a Garlic and Herb Fish Fillet (thing is huge), Asparagus and Zuccini sauteed with a teaspoon of garlic butter.

I had a turkey sandwich with only three slices of thin sliced turkey, a thin spreading of Lite Miracle Whip, and two slices of light whole wheat bread along with some baby carrots. I'm still hungry, though, so I might get another little snack but nothing looks good to me tonight. Bleh.

Last night I had leftover Mongolian grill (veggies, chicken with small amount of pasta and brown rice) and cottage cheese! Lazy night!

Tonight was a piece of grilled chicken breast lightly coated with parmesan and seasonings along with mixed veggies and one of my favorites... a sweet potato (the light kind... NOT yam) chopped, lightly coated with olive oil, and baked with salsa and red onions on top.
