Default Take Off really work?

I of course did the LA Express the first few days, but I actually gained from it.

Anyhow, I have about 4-5 more lbs to go and I have been sloooowly losing the past 4-6 weeks. Depending on how I WI on Sat, I think I see a pattern, it is odd, but the COD told me they see people this way. For example, I can weight this Sat and be down, then I will waiver up and down an pound or so the next week and a half and by the time 2 weeks go by, then I am down 2 lbs or so. It has been like this the past month so I can curious if this week will be the same.

I went to WI today and am back down to where I was last week, so hoping to really see a loss from 137. I thought I would try TO, I have not done it since the beginning. This will be the limited TO, but adding 2 eggs, since I have been working out about 5 hrs. They thought without the 2 eggs I might be too hungry.

Is it really worth doing?? Thanks!

I sure did and am still...this is the way it is, Ive decided. No matter what I do, theres just a certain fluctution area and Im accepting that. I began stabilization 2.5 weeks ago at 133 and cheated like a CRAZY person on Valentines, then got super strict for the past week and havent still rebounded fully, Im up a little over a pound. When I did TO towarsd the end, all it did was get my hopes up...I dropped to 132 and then it all came back and I wasnt able to progress any more from then on.

My problem now is that I have a few pounds to go and Im SUPPOSED to be adding in a fat, a fruit and 2 veggies and I dont see HOW I will get back down eating MORE food...anyone have any wisdom to share?

No, the last two times were the limited...I did TO A LOT during my months on the Weight Loss portion of the program, it helped a little but was always a real mind game I had such trouble with...Id lose and then gain...but I kept doing it hoping it would be the answer.

Even when I told her I cheated on Valentines, she said just to go back into what I am SUPPOSED to be eating (ive lied in my journal, saying Im eating the extra things and havent been) and that the weight will regulate. I swear, I dont believe her...but Ill try for the next few days. I am also notorious for gaining the week after TOM, so that could be some of it too...who knows.

Is that the one that has the four pics on the front and some holiday ideas in the back? Could you tell us the name of it as I am going to ask my site yet again tomorrow.

Its called "eating smart" and has three pictures on the front, its bright purple and very thick..it doesnt even say LAWL on it anywhere, but the exchanges and all the stuff inside does. You have to stay on top of them...I asked last Tues and was told "oh yea! We DO have a new one, its out of stock" and when I told them about what I cooked last night, they were like, "duh, we just got them the other day". No one was going to tell me, just like they never seem to tell me about their "sales" which seem to have gone away recently...

Thanks I'm definitely going to ask them to look into it, if they still say there is no new cookbook. Can't they call their corporate office or give me the number I'll call and ask.

Not sure why they wouldn't tell you about the sales as your still entitled to them.

When I started again in the program they send me a promotion where it tells about the new bars and also about the new cookbook. I asked my center about and they don't have it. They have the old one. I really want to buy it.

Are these the old "new bars" or newer "new bars"?
