jenn_mullett: I am glad you are back on track. Don't feel guilty if you can't get on to post often, once a week is great to keep us up to date on how you are doing. We all have the little bumps and valleys that get in our way but we can control them!

chaarli: Wow you are making some big changes in your life. Make sure you take the time to relax and absorb it all. I think it is wonderful that you are putting your family and yourself first. I had my WI this morning and am down another 2.6 pounds. I just need to lose 1/10th of a pound and I will be at 25% lost for ever! I had a rough week this week and ate every single point I was allowed. I seldom do that so I was not sure what the outcome would be this week. I may have to increase my intake now that I have seen what I can lose when I eat every point I have.
Keep on looking forward and stay strong!
