What are your fitness/health goals?
Current weight @330 (will know for sure when I visit the dr. tomorrow)/goal weight is 150.
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit?
My health has been deterioriating over the past few years. I suffer from high blood pressure, severe edema, arthritis and shortness of breath. I think that these things will be alleviate to a great degree by my weight loss.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?
1. Diet. Making healthy choices
2. Exercise. Doing some.
3. Attitude. My attitude stinks right now. I resent having to diet, even though I know it is the best thing for me.
(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than?
I don't care. This is absolutely no motivation for me as I am a very non-competitive person.
What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size?
A sexy red dress that is short and has spaghetti straps.
