Default Master Food List

I'm trying to work on my master food list. I'm doing good in single food categories, but having trouble making dinners from them. Can you help? I'm not looking for new or gourmet recipes, just reminders of foods out there to eat..lol. Sometimes we get stuck in a rut.

Fruits: Apples, Oranges, Grapes, Watermelon, Lemon, Cranberry Sauce, Cherries, Pineapple, Del Monte Tropical Fruit, Plums, Grapefruit, Nectarines, Pears, Bananas, Clementines, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Kiwi, Raisens.

Vegetables: Sugar Snap Peas, Brocolli, Lima Beans, Green Beans, Peas, Bell Peppers, Onions, Carrots, Celery, Mushrooms, Olives, Tomatoes, Sweet Potato (limited), Cucumber, Cabbage, Asparagus, Spinach (limited), Avocado, Corn, Garlic.

Meat/ProteinsL Sunflower Seeds, Walnuts, Pecans, Almonds, Pork Chops, Pork Ribs, Chicken Breasts, Chicken Wings, Ground Beef, Pot Roast, Tuna (canned), Ribeye Steak, Kidney Beans, Field Peas, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, Eggs.

Dairy: Chocolate Milk, Yoplait Yogurt, Laughing Cow Cheese, 2 % Cheese. Ice Cream Sandwhiches

Grains/Starches: Potatoes, Bagels, Tortillas, Wheat Bread, Multigrain Pasta, Multigrain Crackers, Oatmeal, Brown Rice.

Common Recipes: Spaghetti, Tacos, Taco Rice Bowl, Chili, Chicken Pan Fried (spray), Porkchops Pan Fried (spray), Ribeye Steak, Roast and Veggies, Veg Soup, Fajitas, Tuna Patties, Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, Guacamole, Smoothies, (some I left out because it isn't diet friendly like potato salad).

THANKS FOR READING SUCH A LONG POST!

Potato salad is diet-friendly? Do you know something we don't?

I'm actually looking for meal ideas. Keep adding foods though guys because sometimes I see something that I forgot..like popcorn and STRAWBERRIES.

Meal ideas, hmm...
The one thing I noticed you list is missing that I canNOT live without is parmesan cheese. 20 cals a tablespoon, very very nummy. Broiled chicken breasts with parmesan cheese and spinach is an old standby for me.

I don't see squash on your list. Spaghetti squash is a great substitute for the real stuff.

POST Shredded Wheat biscuits are awesome in Rice Milk.
