If any one has experience breastfeeding on the plan, what are the changes in servings or caloric intake. Most breastfeeding guides suggest 500 more calories a day than non nursing mothers. I am not clear on what the LA weight loss philosophy is on nursing mothers???

gold is PPSSVVVFFF fat dairy and 2 lites....not sure what red is exactly...you can search the threads and probably find it....look in the monthly journal threads, Andi was posting in there for a while and she was on red

Protein is 2 oz bigger in red also
