You go girl! You can do this. I have been a crab-face for 2 days now. I am grumpy and feeling irritiable. That, of course, allows me to stuff my face, right?
I am trying to stay on track, but man....I am so used to doing crazy crash diets that I am frustrated. I also know that this is the best way for me to train my mind and my body to be nicer to one another, but is still hard for me.
Anyway, so I know that if I check in and tell the truth, I might be less likely to stay on the path of destruction that I am currently on.
