Jan 21st, Plan for a perfect day!
Oh lordy, what am I gonna do???
Well it's Saturday tomorrow, sooooooo we tend to be out all day!
I need to do my 25mins run, and I'll probably be beating up DF at some point during the day in the name of my red belt!
I'm going to try and stay on plan and at least fitday everything! DF is out on the evening so I might settle in with a good book and some ice cream or something...

Hmmm, I have to think too. In the morning I'm going with the princess and her last bridesmaid for a dress fitting and then I work afternoons. I should be able to plan my way though that but it could also turn into a snatch, grab and gobble day too easily. Let me think.
I might wait until later today to decide. Have to see how I hang in today.

i am going to plan for a 4 egg white omelet with veggies and no fat cheese when i get up. that should start me on the right track after a night out (tonight)!!!

Saturday, I'm going to run 4 miles as soon as it gets light (around 8.30am). I'll have fruity porridge for breakfast when I get back. Lentil pate on rye bread with rocket salad for lunch, a bean, tomato and quinoa stew in the evening. I will have some alcohol (my perfect Saturday can't cut that out, diet or no diet, but not too much )
I might either go ice skating or to the cinema to get me out of the house and away from the kitchen for a while, or just have fun trying on all my fat clothes and throwing them out, which should remind me why the bag of Lindt in the cupboard isn't a good idea (it's been there for 3 weeks though, which I think shows incredible strength!)

Today was a write off so I'm not even going to go there! I didn't even try to enter onto fitday what I managed to consume so far today, anyway...
For the 21'st:-
Breakfast: Wholewheat Bagel with jam or peanut butter
Snack: probably no snack this am, Saturday mornings are busy for me
Lunch: subway chicken salad with baby spinach and fat free dressing
Snack: piece of fruit
Dinner: grilled shrimp with baby leaf salad and tomatoes

Gonna have eggs for breakfast, since I have not had that in 2-3 weeks.
Again, as long as I stay under 1400 it will be a good day. Scheduled rest day for exercise, so maybe I will just walk or do a pure cardio video.

Damage control today. I'm going to try for a 500 cal deficit with less than 30% fat.

I'm doing ok, even though I'm getting "carb coma" feelings from a hot cross bun I had before lunch! Been asleep all afternoon so no boredom eating for me!
I'm going to do leg weights tonight and scarf Ben & Jerry's!

You've hit on a very important note Lady Unicorn. One day doesn't mess up everything. We'll start fresh this morning.
