lose 89 more lbs, 111 in total
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit?
realizing how hard it is to play with my kids
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?
not getting discouraged by looking at how "far away" my goal is.
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?
drinking enough water, getting cardio every day, staying on track on gloomy winter days

i just want to put on regular clothes and feel comfortable, and not look frumpy
