What are your fitness/health goals? to stay healthy and get a bikini body
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I realized I've been on a diet for most of my adult life and have never attained my goal. I'm tired of the "woulda, shoulda, coulda" excuse. This time I'm making choices not excuses once and for all
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? portion control
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? be more aware of portion sizes, exercise at least 6 times per week, and stay within my calorie allowance of 1200-1500 calories per day.
