Thank you all so much for your support and welcoming me to the group. I'm going to need a lot of support to do this. I've started and failed so many times it's hard not to have a negative attitude. But I'm going to try to stay positive. I've followed through with my plan 2 out of 3 days so far so that's pretty good for me. I joined a gym yesterday. Don't really know why. Gyms intimidate me. But I'm going to try. If I can just get my water intake up I'll be doing ok.
