That's for sure. And I felt better, too. It was instant. I put the scale away and sighed in relief, lol.

It also allowed me to relax on myself where my eating was concerned. I still watched my calories (and probably always will) but cutting loose those "scale shackles" made things so much easier because I wasn't thinking about it all the time.
