Default Daily Food Log

I saw another post where a daily food log was shown--maybe it would help one another to show what we are doing...

So far I have had breakfast..
1 scrambled egg,2 Morningstar veggie links, 1/2 tbsp of olive oil w/onion & cherry tomatoes in a whole wheat wrap

Will edit to show rest of day later...

I had Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal and skim milk for breakfast. I'm getting ready to fix lunch, which will be the Greek Chicken Salad with White Beans, except I'm substituting shrimp for the chicken. Hope it's good. I'm planning to have fish and roasted vegetables for dinner, and a snack of almonds.

For breakfast today I had my normal Crunchy Go Lean Kashi cereal -dh poured himself a bowl and didn't like it and skim milk.

For lunch I have an express wrap of rotisserie chicken, mediteranian lettuce mix, cucumber, bell pepper carrots and mushrooms with greek vinigarette on ww tortilla and a banana (I love wave 2!) and...

for dinner I am thinking either beef and mushroom kabobs or mediteranian pork chops...both with rice pilaf and some sort of veggie.

Update-had the Beef and Mushroom Kabobs...absolutely wonderful, with Wilted Spinach w/ walnuts and blue cheese...Mediterannean spiced brown rice (not as successful with that...kind of bland yet) salad and the rest of the reisling. Having a hard time remembering to incorporate the fruit back into my diet now. Had a bananna yesterday and nothing today yet.

btw, I eat better on this meal program then I ever have in my life! This totally beats hamburgers and meatloaf and macaroni and cheese!

I have a couple of recipes for homemade turkey sausage, but I haven't tried them. Would you like me to post them? The content seems Sonoma friendly from what I can remember
