It was great to see everyone's losses on the first week, but let's also concentrate this week on some NSV - Non Scale Victories. Losses are wonderful, but they aren't the only reason we should be eating healthfully.
What other changes have you noticed since you've been following the Sonoma plan? How is your energy level? Any differences in your hair, skin? How are your moods? These are just examples of things that can and will be changing the longer you go.... And of course if you had a loss, let's hear.
